Helping Hand Organizing

Glommed up*? Clear out what is no longer of value to your life and make room for the new. Feel better about yourself with organized closets, personal work areas, kitchens, bedrooms, garages, basements and attics. *Glom is the EOH word for clutter!

Even one glommed up closet or desk can cause negative energy in your space, so taking the time to find a home for your belongings creates a happy setting that reflects positively for your wellbeing. Happy kitchens = healthy happy food and a better you! Relieve stress and make it easier to live, work and function in your space.

All of our stuff is energy and has an intrinsic value of what it is comprised of, combined with the emotional way we feel about it. If we have a lot or a little stuff that is no longer has meaning, then it is glomming up the flow of life. Release it or organize it and create the space for the new energy to flow in.

It’s not just about throwing out things, but carefully sorting and purging through our stuff. Organizing is a delicate process that is sometimes gratifying and sometimes painful as we go through each belonging and decide whether it’s relevant to one’s life.

Elements of Harmony provides gentle guidance for making the decision as to what to keep, toss or store. Then, we organize what is necessary in a realistic way, system or arrangement that works for you for the long-term.

Elements of Harmony can do organizing with Feng Shui in mind. After the organization is complete, Feng Shui assessment can be made to that area of the space.

Organization and a glom-free space are essential to creating a balanced environment. Feel a breath of fresh air at the end of each session.
